Here is the new Bill's Tattoo, revealed today on BTK App on January 17, 2013. This is an illustration from FAILE, "Lost In A Dream". I wonder if Bill would not have discovered this wonderful illustration in July 2011 at the FAILE exhibition in POST NO BILLS.
